Labor—In-house, on-site, and remote support (half-hour minimum): $72.50 per hour.
Trip Charge: $29.95 plus state & local sales tax.
When your iFix technician arrives, he or she will evaluate the problem or request that necessitated the service call and provide you with an estimate up front. The estimate will also include the cost for any needed parts. We charge a flat rate of $29.95 (plus tax) for travel, and $72.50/hour for labor (billed by the half-hour). If the problem is found to be the fault of one of our services— Internet or phone, for example—we won’t charge you for the service call.
